The service
Mentionaly analyzes how third-party AI assistants respond to category-relevant questions and reports on brand mentions, competitor presence, cited sources, and derived scores. The service is provided on a subscription basis, with a limited free tier.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to analyze the domains you submit.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass, defame, or misrepresent any person or business.
- Do not resell or redistribute reports except as expressly permitted by your plan (white-label rights are included in Agency plans).
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Nature of results
AI engine responses are generated by third parties and are inherently variable. Mentionaly measures and reports these responses using the sampling methodology described on our methodology page, but does not guarantee any particular visibility outcome, score change, or business result. Reports are informational and do not constitute professional advice.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Per-domain charges on Agency plans are billed based on active domains during the period.
Intellectual property
Mentionaly retains all rights in the service and its software. You retain rights in the content you submit, and you own the reports generated for your domains, subject to these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentionaly's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
